Withdraw your details

You must have previously registered an organ and tissue donation decision in order to withdraw one.

If you withdraw from the register, we will not have a donation decision recorded for you. This means that if you are not in a group excluded from the opt out law and you have not registered a donation decision, it will be considered that you agree to be an organ and tissue donor. This is known as deemed authorisation. You can find out more here.

Withdraw an existing registration

Use this form to remove your existing registration from the NHS Organ Donor Register or call us on 0300 123 2323. This will leave no recorded donation decision for you.
